Order Cancellation: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We can cancel the order and issue a full refund if the packaging and shipping process has not started yet. Unfortunately, if the process has started, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

Accordingly, please take a photo of the defect and contact us directly on Whatsapp with your name, order number, and a small brief about the situation. Our team will get back to you immediately or within a few hours.
Also, we will not issue a refund if the order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address. Please note that customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
